Whether you are a beginner or have a good handle on how to read blueprints, this course will review the following:
- Learn the different stages of blueprints in construction
- The importance of a cover page and title block
- What is a legend vs standard symbols
- How to interpret line types
- 2D vs 3D
- Revisions & document management
- Scales, Measurements, Tolerances
- Understand plans, wall sections, details
- Know how to find all of the trades and what's important to you
- Discuss contract documents and how blueprints relate
