SECTOR At A Glance
For more than a decade, SECTOR has operated at the intersection of consulting and education, supporting employers across manufacturing, food processing, construction, engineering, architecture, and many other industries. During that time, SECTOR has developed content for more than 300 courses spanning technical training, business soft skills, compliance, engineering, and specialized industry needs, and has launched multiple apprenticeship programs. As an NCCER Accredited Training Sponsor with additional industry-recognized accreditations, SECTOR has trained thousands of individuals across the United States, delivering instruction in multiple languages to meet the needs of today’s diverse workforce.
Today, SECTOR is owned and led by Tamara and Michael Higgins, whose combined experience and shared commitment to workforce development span their transition from industry professionals to successful entrepreneurs.
