Hispanic Contractors Association de Tejas has a mission to promote and support the advancement and economic growth of the Hispanic Contractors in Texas. Together, HCAT and SECTOR offers NCCER certified training which is internationally recognized for over 70-trades in industries such as Construction, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Sustainability and Management. We have developed programs which combine Skills Trades and Soft Skills, such as Job Readiness, Leadership, Communication, Conflict Resolution, Working in Diversity and many tailored courses to fit the workforce needs. We are committed to developing programs and facilitating the resources needed to help Contractors reach their potential with qualified employees. Our combined training partnership also involves a mentoring program to help individuals learn about all aspects of the construction industry in order to get a job and keep a job.
